The 220 kV Leksha substation is mainly supplied by the power supply area in the northeastern part of the South China Sea, including the east of Lishui Town and Dali Town. This area was previously powered by a 220 kV Taoyuan Substation, but last year the maximum power load was approximately 256,000 kilowatts, requiring an additional 220 kV substation capacity of approximately 480,000 kVA. After putting into operation, the 220 kV Leksha substation has a capacity of 480,000 kVA, which basically meets the electricity demand in this area.
There are four 500 kV substations in Foshan, including Luodong Station, Xijiang Station, Minjiang Station and Shunde Station; there are 27 220 kV substations, including 5 in Chancheng, 10 in Nanhai, and 6 in Shunde. There are three Sanshui and three smart ones, and the main grid basically forms a double-linked chain or ring-based structure. Overall, the reliability of power supply is high.
