On June 19, accompanied by the leaders of Suining City, Minister Lin Xiaoyue of the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office visited the Baishi Sichuan Base. The director of Baishi Sichuan Base Zhou Hong warmly received Lin Xiaoyue and his party and led the State Intellectual Property Office. This paper introduces the situation of the operation and production of the Baishi Optoelectronics Sichuan Base and its technological innovation.
Zhou Hong told Lin Xiaoyue and his party that the company has spent 7% of its revenue every year on product research and development and technological innovation. It has established a cooperative relationship with Tsinghua University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Sichuan Normal University and other universities. It has been recognized as “Provincial Enterprise Technology Center†and national high-tech enterprises. Up to now, enterprises have applied for more than 50 patents and 2 national key new products. In 2011, Baishi Optoelectronics “Leshui†bulb won the “Red Star Award†for China's innovative design.
Lin Xiaoyue and his entourage visited the Baishi 10,000-class dust-free production workshop and provincial laboratories, and listened carefully to the introduction of the person in charge of the base. Lin Xiaoyue expressed his sincere appreciation to Bo Shiguang for his excellent achievements in intellectual property in just a few years and encouraged Bai.
