Baorong RFID Asset Management RFID Technology Solution

1. RFID technology suitable for asset management
Asset Management Currently, with the help of traditional manual management methods and methods, data collection and data entry has always been manual, with low efficiency and high error rate, and the physical information of the assets and management system information cannot be synchronized in real time. RFID technology can effectively integrate asset management activities with asset management systems to achieve real-time synchronization of physical information and system information. Through RFID, this new technology enables remote, dynamic and real-time acquisition of equipment asset data, replaces manual data collection at the front of traditional asset management methods, and integrates with back-end computer databases to realize the addition and allocation of assets in daily management. Inventory and other information is monitored, recorded and updated automatically in real time, and personnel information is collected at the same time, thereby avoiding the deterioration of management performance caused by human factor distortion and creating good social and economic benefits.
2, the system works
Each asset is affixed with an electronic tag with a unique ID number. When an electronic tagged item enters the reader's identification area, the electronic tag's own information will be received by the reader. The device will pass this information to the computer, and the computer system will perform the corresponding format conversion, filtering and related subsequent statistical processing to determine whether the item should be stored here and other relevant information. After the stored items leave the reader's identification range, the reader will also feed back the information to the computer and the computer will process it. Analyze whether the information is abnormal or not. If abnormal information is found, an alarm will be issued through the alarm. If you are looking for an item, enter the ID number of the item into the handset. The handset sends the ID information to the electronic tag and the electronic tag will send an alarm.
3, asset management program - system design diagram is as follows:
The RFID automatic identification system is responsible for the automatic collection of operator information and asset changes and inventory information, and uploads the information through RFID handhelds to the asset management assistance system server of the management center as a data source for updating database and other MIS and EIP system applications. Enable managers to grasp the transfer of assets and completion of work in a timely manner to achieve effective supervision of day-to-day management work, thereby improving work efficiency.
4, system workflow

Asset management includes the operations of adding, allocating, idle, scrapping, repairing, and inventorying of assets. It includes the entire process from the time the equipment is put into use to retirement, and the specific workflow is as follows:
RFID hardware includes reading and writing devices, electronic tags, and so on. It is planned to implement the system to implement automatic collection and monitoring of precise information in the entire asset flow and achieve various information and data sharing from the following aspects.
l Personnel information management: On-site operators hold work cards corresponding to staff information, and implement automatic monitoring and management of personnel operation information.
l Add-on management: Create electronic tag information files for newly purchased devices, distribute electronic tags to equipment and personnel through card readers, associate electronic tag ID numbers with device and personnel information, and import data into databases. On the corresponding equipment panel, personnel management cards are assigned to personnel.
l Real-time allocation management of equipment: Equipment purchase becomes an asset. After commissioning, there will be normal relocation, maintenance, and retirement operations. Before the transfer, the RFID handset will read out the operator card information or warehouse card information. Read the electronic tag information transferred to the asset once, read out the electronic tag information on the asset once, and transmit the tag information including the operator and time to the central server, and automatically determine the status of the device. Complete management and tracking of operator information and assets in real time.
l Equipment inventory management: Before the inventory, read out the operator's card information and base station card information through the RFID handset, then download the list of equipment classification information from the server through the GPRS network or the handset data cable, and then use the handset to collect the base information. The current equipment information in the station is compared and processed. In case of inconsistency in accounts, relevant alarms and processing are provided. Finally, the results of asset overage and loss are generated automatically, including information such as operators and time, uploaded to the asset management system, and This updates the relevant information about the corresponding assets in the back-end database.
5, asset electronic tags and readers
Shenzhen Bisha Technology's self-developed and manufactured active RFID can meet various technical requirements for managing the anti-metal properties of valuables, remote monitoring, convenient search and anti-theft alarm. ABS-encapsulated electronic tags and pasted (addressable tags) or tied (bar & card tags) on the surface of the material, used to identify the attributes of the material object, each tag corresponding to a unique ID number, through system integration, The computer stores a series of basic information of the material corresponding to this ID.
1) Addressing Tag 24TAG03A
Addressing tag is a new type of tag designed by our company specially for asset positioning, tracking, and inventory management. According to the unique ID address on the tag, it can effectively identify the asset tracking and find the goods in the warehouse.
The addressing tag is a 2.45 GHz active working tag that enables long distance identification. The tag has a precise location to find the function, the user can find the location of the tag area through the control center, and then find the specific location of the target tag through the handheld terminal. The target tag displays a specific flash signal immediately after receiving the search command from the handheld terminal, and the user can search through the tape. A tag with a specific light signal finds the target asset.
