Design and Application of Automatic Control System of Ankerui Pumping Station

Abstract: In recent years, PLC has been widely used in pump station automation control system, which can realize automatic control of field devices. This paper introduces the automation of Ankerui pump station based on touch screen, PLC and power meter [1]. Control and management system, the system mainly realizes the monitoring of the current and voltage of the control cabinet of the high and low voltage distribution system of Yangshupu Pumping Station, the water level of the inner and outer rivers, the running state of the pump, the opening of the gate, the remote opening and closing of the pump, the remote switching operation of the gate, and the gate. The status monitoring of each equipment of the station change cabinet and the high and low voltage switchgear, the PLC controls the on-site water pump, gate and other equipment, and collects the running status of the equipment, transmits it to the touch screen for status display, and realizes remote control of the equipment through the touch screen. It ensures the automatic control of the Yangshupu pumping station system, improves the stability and reliability of the pumping station operation, and has broad application prospects.

introduction

With the rapid development of the national economy, higher requirements are put forward for municipal construction and management. As the main facility of the pumping station control system, the water pump is responsible for the important task of drainage and flood control, and it is of great significance for the automatic control of the pumping station system. The pump station automatic control system can be used in the pump station [2] to achieve automatic operation control and management of the pump, and the pump station establishes an independent and fully functional automatic control system. The operation of various equipments in the pumping station is directly controlled by the pumping station automatic control system. PLC control is the core link of the pumping station automatic control system [2], which is responsible for the operation control of all process equipment in the pumping station. The system is based on the operating conditions of the on-site pumping station. Control, and the pump station receives the global operating data and control commands of the entire automatic control system as the condition parameters of the automatic control of the pumping station to cooperate with the automatic control of the pump system.

Taking Yangshupu Pumping Station Management Relocation Project as an example, this paper proposes to design a set of Ankerui pumping station automation control management system for use in Yangshupu Pumping Station by using touch screen, PLC and power meter. The project mainly includes two-way running main water pump and main pump. In and out water working gate, inland river cleaning machine and belt conveyor, high pressure cabinet, low voltage cabinet and main transformer cabinet, etc., Ankerui pump station automatic control system realizes real-time control of on-site equipment of Yangshupu pumping station, control and detection of water pump and gate The hand/automatic conversion, start/stop, operation, fault signal, and the on-site pump station operation signal is transmitted to the touch screen to display the operation status, alarm record and real-time operation control of the pump station.

1 User requirements

Yangshupu Pumping Station is mainly responsible for drainage and flood control work. It is an important facility for municipal construction and project management. It is responsible for the important tasks of drainage and flood control. There is a certain gap between the control and management level of Yangshupu Pumping Station and intelligent control. In electrical control, The degree of automation control is low, the pumping station only has a single-level routine control, and some are still manually operated. At the management level, manual management, manual recording, and statistical data are adopted. In order to realize automatic control of the Yangshupu pumping station, real-time understanding of the field device is realized. The operation status, therefore, the following requirements are put forward for the designed Yangshupu pumping station automatic control system:

1) Self-control function: PLC realizes automatic control of on-site water pump, and touch screen realizes remote control;

2) Data acquisition function: PLC collects current, voltage, power and other electrical parameters and transmits them to the background for real-time display. At the same time, the running status of the pump group is displayed in real time on the touch screen;

3) The pump station automatic control system reflects the fault status of the equipment in real time, and displays the alarm record to facilitate the maintenance of subsequent equipment failures.

2 Project introduction

The automatic control system of the pumping station can transform and improve the control and management of the existing pumping station, and monitor and manage the development of the unmanned pumping station to achieve the goal of reducing staff and increasing efficiency and improving management level. The Yangshupu pumping station project is based on the user. The requirements of the pump station automation control management system, the original pump control cabinet is controlled and upgraded. The whole renovation project mainly includes the public LCU cabinet and the pump unit LCU cabinet. The local main control pump of the Yangshupu pump station is realized by the PLC of the local control level. Motor, switch and other equipment parameters acquisition and output control, PLC through the communication acquisition high and low voltage cabinet power meter current voltage and other electrical parameters transmitted to the background real-time display, and collect the main pump motor winding temperature, stator winding temperature and other analog data for data processing, Real-time acquisition of signals from the high-voltage cabinet circuit breaker of the Yangshupu pump station, the working state of the handcart, the state of the pump, the operation of the pump, the closing of the low-voltage cabinet, the opening position, the opening of the gate, the trip of the fault, etc. Control and transfer the operating status of the device to the touch screen for status display and Recording, PLC output control switch opening and closing, main pump inner and outer working door lifting, main pump switch emergency opening, etc., at the same time on the touch screen can achieve forward, reverse, start, stop remote control of the pump, safety Kerui pumping station automatic control system can not only realize remote control of Yangshupu pumping station, but also ensure system stability and reliability [3].
