The Hisense LCD TV model TLM36H77B is experiencing a boot issue where the screen turns red and then blue but doesn't light up at all. After checking the motherboard, specifically the CPU power supply DC-DC circuit N6, it was found that the input voltage is 3.3V, but the output is only 0.89V (the normal value should be around 1.25V). This suggests that N6 may have failed. Replacing it with a new one resolved the problem, and the TV is now working properly.
