I recently encountered an issue with a Hisense LCD TV model TLM36H77B. The screen would not light up, and the power indicator changed from red to blue but no image was displayed. After checking the motherboard, I focused on the CPU power supply DC-DC circuit N6. The input voltage was 3.3V, but the output was only 0.89V instead of the normal 1.25V. This indicated that N6 might be faulty. I replaced it with a new one, and the TV started working properly again.
