BCNet-CP and BCNet-CJ are two economical Ethernet communication processors introduced by Wuxi Beichen. They are designed to meet the increasing demand for information on equipment (equipment network monitoring and production management) for Omron CP1/. Ethernet data acquisition of CJ1/CJ2/CS1 series PLC is very convenient for building production management system.

BCNet-CP and BCNet-CJ adopt plug-and-play design, which does not occupy the PLC communication port, that is, the programming software/host computer software monitors the PLC data through Ethernet, and the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface.

BCNet-CP and BCNet-CJ have built-in FINS TCP/UDP protocol, which can replace the corresponding Omron Ethernet module. Supports Ethernet programming to download, monitor, and support most SCADA software in the field of industrial control, with extremely high cost performance.

Example: Implementing Ethernet communication between programming software CX-Programmer and CJ2M

(1) Open the programming software GX-Progarmmer, create a new CJ2M project, and click "OK";

(2) Select the "Change Communication Settings" option in the menu bar PLC;

(3) Select "Ethernet" in the pop-up reminder option and click "Settings";

(4) In the pop-up network menu bar, type "frame length 540", other defaults;

(5) In the drive menu bar, type the IP address and port number of BCNet-CJ;

(6) Click “Online Work Button”, in the prompt window that pops up, click “Yes”;

(7) In the "PLC" menu, select "From PLC" in "Transfer" to upload the PLC program;

(8) Select the PLC content to be uploaded and click "Confirm";
