Deviations recognized by the project and deviations from the requirements for the first flight function clearly show the conclusions and limitations of the safety analysis of the first flight, and measures such as flight restrictions and special conditions disposal plans have been adopted. The manufacturing process complies with airworthiness regulations and the process system, quality control system, and supplier management system are complete and operationally effective. The outline of the first flight test flight program was complete, and risk assessments were conducted. The application of the model airworthiness review and the licensed flight certificate was carried out in an orderly manner. The model standard specification system was completed according to the model standardization outline, and the technical documents were effectively controlled. The first unfinished projects were sorted out and evaluated, and detailed solutions and plans were formulated.
The review committee unanimously agreed to pass the C919 first flight technical review. At the same time, it is recommended that after completion of tests such as electromagnetic compatibility and the verification of the taxi test, the first flight release assessment will be submitted, marking that the C919 has taken a solid step toward the first flight target.
