Each of its performance indicators meets or exceeds the requirements of the chip specifications. It not only realizes chip integration of the original circuit, but also more importantly, its performance index has been significantly improved, quantization noise has been reduced by an order of magnitude, and it has significantly improved The dynamic characteristics of the system.
The ASIC chip can be applied to aerospace sensor frequency measurement, industrial field test and measurement systems, and the like. The successful development of the chip laid a solid foundation for the development of a new development space for 33 electronic circuits.
