1) Conversion efficiency (Efficiency); LED light source as an emerging light source, the pursuit of unit power luminous efficiency is an inevitable trend, and the realization of high light efficiency first depends on the LEDs themselves improve light efficiency, the second depends on the drive power AV / DC Increased conversion efficiency. In the existing technology, the possibility of a short-term improvement in the short-term efficacy of LEDs is small, but it is not difficult to achieve an AC/DC conversion efficiency by using different topologies. For example, now we use a non-isolated architecture to achieve more than 90% conversion efficiency of AC / DC drive power, such a program has been sought after by the industry and gradually become a trend. In detail, the bulb should be a non-isolated, non-strobe solution, especially in the case of a graphene thermally conductive plastic case to ensure insulation. The T8/T5 rod tube should be implemented with a non-isolated high PF value and no stroboscopic scheme.

2) Constant Current; Constant current accuracy determines the rate of change of output brightness. Therefore, proper constant current accuracy is a necessary guarantee for healthy light sources. Therefore, a qualified drive power supply must have relatively good constant current accuracy. In the market, we have seen many products, including the international first-line brand (P brand E14 candle light; domestic big brand FS lighting E27 bulb), using the way of resisting and reducing the voltage, the brightness of the whole lamp with the input voltage It is really irresponsible to change and change dramatically.

3) Line Regulation; linear adjustment rate determines the geographical extent of the use of a finished light source. For example, in the central and eastern regions of our country, the national grid is relatively stable, and the range of input voltage is generally limited (AC220V ±10%) can guarantee, then the single-voltage product can be satisfied, but in the remote areas of the west, this problem will become Complex, but we believe that if the product can guarantee the input linearity of 160V-265V, it can basically meet the needs of China, even in most parts of the world (except the Americas and Japan). But if you are pursuing perfection, you can achieve an international input voltage of 85-265V; but you still can't guarantee that your product will not be damaged in rural India. A friend who works in the mainland has bought a T8 rod tube made by a low-cost civilized manufacturer (M manufacturer) in Guangdong. When the input voltage is 240V, the brightness can reach 1220 lumens, but when the input voltage reaches 180V, the output brightness is It became 723 lumens. 4) Ripple, noise and total harmonic distortion (Ripple, Noise & THD); ripple and noise can cause strobe, if we can suppress without increasing cost, we should of course pay attention. For distortion, what do you think is your business, I don't pay much attention to it anyway, but if the customer cares about this, we have to spare no effort to do it well, but the increase in cost must also be transferred to the customer.

5) Power Factor Correction (PFC). The power factor PF value determines the efficiency of the national grid, but the power factor is positively related to the power. If you are going to pursue a power factor with a 3W bulb, then I can only think of you as a very socially responsible person. But if you do a high-power drive power of more than 80W, instead of pursuing this, I think you are too socially responsible, and that's it. I personally think that the State Grid has made a lot of money. We don't have to bear any responsibility for the quality of the power grid, so I don't want to pursue it. On the contrary, I will pursue higher efficiency. Of course, you have to pursue, I will give my feet to support, to express my respect.

6) Safety Standard and EMI; Safety is the norm and law of every country or region. It is also a threshold and a trade barrier. But in any case, it is also a standard to regulate an industry, to evaluate the quality of a product, and to ensure a safe barrier to electricity. In China, safety and EMI issues are not standardized enough, relying on our self-discipline. I believe that a responsible company must ensure the safety of your products and the safety of users. Beyond this bottom line, you will eventually be rejected by users.

7) Reliability; As the heart and short board of LED light source, ensuring the reliability of the drive product is the primary problem. Otherwise, the gods are clouds. Some customers have misunderstandings on reliability issues. Let's take a look at the capacitors. Some people think that the life of electrolytic capacitors is the shortest board of LEDs. It seems to be correct in theory, but the problem is some. The designer is too superficial about the electrolytic capacitors, and pursues the brands of the Japanese high-end (Rubycon, Nichicon, etc.), but ignores the working environment of the electrolytic capacitors in the whole lamp design, and the electrolytic capacitors work over 90 degrees for a long time. The high temperature. If so, the life of the electrolytic capacitors on the taller ones will be greatly reduced. If you use graphene heat-conducting plastics, make sure that the drive is not wrapped by thick insulating sleeves, especially if the working environment temperature does not exceed 65 degrees. You can use the ordinary domestic 2000-hour capacitor to provide customers with a three-year warranty. No worry. Think about our domestic TV set, no one will use RUBYCON, but let the user sit back and relax.
