Only in this way, after being officially delivered to the customer, the normal operation and good display effect can be guaranteed for a long time, and the failure rate can be reduced.

First, the test method and conditions of small-pitch LED display

(1) Equipment: 1 set of Blu-ray high-definition player with 1080P (1920×1080 full frame) resolution; 1 set of high-performance computer with 1080P-HDMI output; 1 set of video signal distributor with 4 component color difference output.

(1) Grayscale image test

1 grayscale, color scale test has been a major indicator of DLP / plasma / LCD / LED large screen or spliced ​​large screen, used to evaluate the gray screen transition capability of large screen splicing and controller (if any), and Black and white conversion capabilities, etc. The more obvious contrast indicates the stronger the ability of the display system to process color images.

The two-way grayscale signal is used to test the number of 16 gray levels that the system should display at least. Each level can be resolved, get 3 points; less resolution level is reduced by 1 point, the lowest 0 points.

The 25+2 grayscale map must be able to distinguish the darkest 3 grayscales A, B, and C, and the brightest 3 grayscales U, V, and W on the screen. A, B, C

There must be a level, not a white. When playing back, the large-screen image with any colored/color cast should be deducted. If there is no color difference (black and white is not pure and has other colors), add 2 points. If there is color deviation, deduct 1~2 points as appropriate.

2 clarity and grayscale comprehensive test. This scenario is used to comprehensively test the performance of the entire system, such as line count, grayscale, and geometric distortion. (2) color picture test

1 color picture dark part comprehensive test. The scene is a night scene, focusing on the intensity of light and dark and halo, used to test the system's color, grayscale, detail display and other performance. The left side of the bridge and the top halo and the bridge deck above the main tower can be clearly distinguished, with 4 points. If there is any problem, deduct 1 to 2 points according to the severity. For other details, there is no problem in distinguishing between light and dark, plus 1 point.

2 highlight detail test: bright white is the key detail reduction ability test. The scene is a table and dressing table with relatively high brightness. The main test system restores the white part of the high light and the dynamic range of the gray scale. The grain details of the window sill, cloth, brush and other objects should be completely preserved. All items are in compliance with 5 points. There is no match, each button is 0.

3 face detail clarity test. The scene is a close-up static picture of the girl and the flower, reflecting the fidelity of the various aspects of the face color, spots and other aspects of the large screen splicing system and the authenticity of the skin color. A total score of 5 points, facial details are not clear, deducted 0.5 points. The face color is not pure, deduct 1 point.

4 color reproduction test. It mainly tests the uniformity of color and the purity of white. The various ingredients of the kitchen and the color of the fruit, the pure white crystal on the tray and the pen of the colored pencil, the wood grain part, and the restoration display of the grassland, clouds, etc. are very important. White is not pure, depending on the color purity, deducted 1 to 3 points. The full score is 5 points.
