Designed for brick wall brick production plants, research institutes, universities, and construction departments to test sintered ordinary bricks and fly ash bricks, as well as the shrinkage and expansion deformation of wall tiles.

Instructions:

1. Select the center height of the sample you need. Place the left end of the sample (as shown in the structure drawing) into the groove of the positioning post. Ensure the bottom surface of the sample is close to the base datum, then gently push the other end of the sample into the center of the instrument.

2. Loosen the set screw, insert the dial indicator into the adjustable column hole of your choice so that the probe touches the right end of the sample. Then tighten the set screw to secure the dial indicator on the instrument. Take the reading from the dial at this point.

3. The placement method of the test piece is the same as step 1.

4. For test piece production, curing, and shrinkage/expansion testing, refer to standards such as GBJ5101-2003 and other relevant specifications.
