The strategic cooperation between Longen and Honeywell began in 2005. In August 2007, NVC Lighting signed a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with GE, the originator of global lighting. The two companies will jointly promote channel cooperation. NVC will use thousands of channels across the country to distribute goods for GE, and GE will Use its overseas channels to help NVC Lighting advance the global market.
"We have different cooperation modes with GE and NVC Lighting. Langon's cooperation with Honeywell is more focused on R&D, not just channel cooperation. We have reached a consensus." Deng Chaohua said.
Shen Dali, president of Honeywell's global vice president of China, said that in order to express his sincerity in cooperation with Langen, Honeywell will inject a research and development team into the joint venture company. This team is not only developing for the Chinese market, but also implementing Honeywell's global strategy, from East to West, to sell these products to Honeywell.
