A new, rapid development tool developed by Sybase, USA, is a client/server architecture based on Windows 3. An integrated development tool for x, Windows 95, and Windows NT. It contains an intuitive graphical interface and an extensible object-oriented programming language, PowerScript, that provides interfaces to popular, popular databases and connects to a stand-alone database via ODBC. Its main features are as follows: (1) Visualization and multi-featured development tools. Full support for the controls, events, and functions provided by Windows or Windows NT.
