The new Acriche A4 series products are officially in volume production and sales.
Since two-thirds of the world's lighting market is the Warm white LED market, the products released this time are mass-produced and sold for this market.
At present, the warm white LED market is characterized by high CRI (CRI index = 85 or higher) market with high color rendering (that is, close to natural light) and ordinary color rendering (CRI index = 70 to 80) ordinary LED. Although the city's Changgao CRI market has a slightly lower brightness, it can achieve near-natural color illumination. It is mainly used in high-end lighting. In contrast, the ordinary LED market with low color rendering focuses on brightness instead of realizing it. In color, the disadvantage is that it is difficult to achieve natural color illumination.
The Acriche A4 series developed this time integrates technologies that can satisfy both markets. In order to achieve high color rendering (High CRI), compared with low color rendering illumination brightness, there is a disadvantage that the luminous efficiency is reduced by several tens of percentage points. However, the A4 series products show a new technology that can achieve the world's highest level of 75 lm/W at a color temperature of 3000K as standard and CRI 85. As the first AC power supply (AC) LED to exceed the luminous efficiency of DC power supply (DC) LEDs, it is of great significance. According to Seoul Semiconductors, by mass production of the Acriche A4 series, it will be able to offer low-cost, high-quality products, both in the advanced lighting market and in the general lighting market. It will also produce 100 lm/W in the first quarter of 2010 and 120 lm/W in 2010. It also said that through the A4 series, Acriche will become the best LED brand worldwide.
