End-to-end video communication technology using IP softphone design
Users who have a softphone video license only need to install Avaya's IP softphone on their desktop computers and configure a common USB camera to provide end-to-end video communication capabilities. The Avaya IP voice communication system provides end-to-end video communication capabilities for users using Avaya IP softphones. When two users who use IP software phones and both have cameras are configured, the system will automatically start video communication, so that the two users can see each other during a voice call, of course, the user can also choose not to activate video communication Instead of just talking on the phone. 
Users can configure the video quality and screen display mode through the IP softphone video configuration menu. During the video communication process, users can pause / resume the video at any time through the video control options.
