The inaugural meeting and the first working meeting of the National Technical Committee for Lighting Standardization Technical Committee of Optical Radiation Measurement were held in Hangzhou on September 8, 2008. Approved by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Zhejiang Province and approved by the National Standardization Administration Committee, the National Technical Committee for Lighting Electrical Standardization Technical Committee of Optical Radiation Measurement was formally established. All members from the National Photoelectric Technology Measurement attended the meeting. The subcommittee secretariat is located in Hangzhou Yuanfang Optoelectronic Information Co., Ltd.
At the meeting, the National Standardization Management Committee issued certificates to the directors, deputy directors and members of the sub-technical committees, and proposed the future tasks of the sub-committees. Representatives of China National Light Industry Council, China Lighting Association and China Lighting Association were invited to attend the meeting. The director of the technical committee is Professor Jin Shangzhong, dean of the School of Optoelectronics and Technology of China Institute of Metrology. The deputy director and secretary general is the technical executive of Hangzhou Yuanfang Optoelectronic Information Co., Ltd. Pan Jiangen, deputy directors Hua Shuming and Lu Rongshu.
