Research and Innovation Optoelectronics launched the first domestic LED ceramic COB light source fluorescent lamp

In order to meet the high requirements of indoor LED lighting for the quality of light source, after a year of hard work, Research Optoelectronics Technology Group finally began mass production of LED ceramic COB light source fluorescent tubes independently researched and developed in December 2012.

The LED ceramic light source fluorescent lamp product has a color temperature of 5700-6300K, which means more than 70, and the whole lighting effect exceeds 100lm/w, which fills the gap of domestic LED similar products. At present, Yanchuang Optoelectronics LED ceramic COB light source fluorescent tube is in the international certification stage. It is planned to be fully introduced to domestic and foreign markets next year.

According to Xiao Ming, Chairman of Research and Innovation Optics, the current production capacity of T5 and T8 pipes is about 100,000. The ceramic COB light source fluorescent tube has the following advantages:

1. Ceramic COB integrated light source:


The high-power integrated COB chip module is superior to the single-crystal LED in terms of effect, and has the advantages of no multi-shadow, no dark spots, no zebra pattern, no glare, and can meet the requirements of high-quality light sources.

Compared with the current aluminum substrate COB light source, the ceramic-based COB light source has the advantages of low thermal resistance, high reliability, high reflectivity and the like.


Path for heat dissipation of aluminum substrate: copper layer → insulation layer → aluminum layer.
The heat dissipation path of the ceramic substrate planar light source: chip → AL2O3 ceramic layer.

Therefore, it can be seen that the COB planar light source of the aluminum substrate has an insulating layer which is resistant to heat, and the heat conduction is far less than that of the ceramic COB planar light source.

3. Thermal curing type thermal double-sided adhesive:

When the lamp is assembled, the ceramic COB light source is directly attached to the aluminum profile. With the use of the lamp, the temperature rises, the heat-conductive double-sided adhesive cures, the gap between the light source and the aluminum profile is eliminated, the local temperature rise is eliminated, and the light decay is reduced. Increase thermal conductivity reliability.

Experimental data:

This cable is one of the Control Cable and it is with OFC copper conductor insulated and sheathed by PVC material. This cable may be used in dry or wet places and widely applied to transmit and distribute low voltage electrical power, data or signal. there have optional choices of flexibility and screen material to fit for installation as request.
