Xining Power Supply Company will accelerate the pace of building a strong smart grid and accelerate the implementation of the “12th Five-Year Plan†power grid development plan. This year will start the construction of four 110 kV smart substations, comprehensively upgrade the scientific and technological content of Xining Power Grid, and improve the power supply capacity and power supply level of the power grid.
According to the person in charge of the Xining Power Supply Company, the four smart substations of 110 kV Zhou Jiaquan, 110 kV Qingshuihe (Entrepreneurship), 110 kV Jiaer and 110 kV Ruschar started construction this year, which are located in Xining City and Nanchuan respectively. Industrial parks and Yuzhong County undertake power supply tasks in Xining city and industrial parks. Upon completion, the 110 kV grid structure in the southern suburbs of Xining City will be further optimized, and the layout of power points will be properly adjusted to provide protection for the increase in power load. At present, the project is being actively implemented. It is understood that according to the characteristics of the construction of the four smart substations, Xining Power Supply Company scientifically compiles project milestone plans, strengthens project quality control, and implements overall quality supervision covering planning, design, construction, operation, and service, ensuring that the project is started according to law and promoted in an orderly manner. Efforts will be put into production in a balanced manner to comprehensively upgrade the safety, quality and technological level of projects under construction.
